Your complete satisfaction is our goal. When your order arrives, please check each item carefully (immediately). If for any reason, you're not satisfied, please contact customer care.
Returns
All sales at Tomahawk Saddles are final. No refunds are offered on any items, including custom, special-order, or standard merchandise.
In certain cases and at the sole discretion of Tomahawk Saddles, items may be eligible for store credit (e-gift card only). Any approved store credit will be issued at the item’s current retail price and not the original purchase price.
All items submitted for review must be new, unused, and in original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and materials. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit under any circumstances:
- Custom saddles
- Any in stock Barrel & Rope Saddle
- Ropes
- Reins
- Pads
- Boots
- Hygiene and grooming products
- Products with broken seals
To request consideration for store credit, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required and must be obtained before sending any item back. Please contact us at:

Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
Tomahawk Saddles, LLC processes all payments and store credits in U.S. Dollars (USD). All transactions, including international purchases, are issued in USD.
We want you to be happy with the ropes you receive from Tomahawk. Please inspect each rope carefully upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused and unopened rope within 30 days of the original order date for store credit only.
Unfortunately, used or opened ropes cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.
If you have questions or would like tips on keeping your ropes clean, straight, and in good condition, please contact our customer service team—we’re happy to help.
It is important that your saddle fits both you and your horse. All saddle sales are final unless the saddle is purchased through the Tomahawk Saddles Demo Program.
When your Demo Program saddle arrives, please inspect it immediately. The buyer will have seven (7) days from the delivery date to ride in and evaluate the saddle as part of the Demo Program.
If the buyer decides not to keep the saddle, it must be returned within the Demo Program timeframe and in acceptable condition. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
- A restocking fee will be deducted from any refund
- All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
Saddles returned with excessive wear, damage, dirt, or misuse may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Saddles not purchased through the Demo Program are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit under any circumstances, whether new or used.

Shipping Fees
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item that is eligible for return, you may do so within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
A return shipping label may be provided, and shipping costs will be deducted from the issued store credit. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped), shipping costs may be credited at our discretion. Please note that Tomahawk Saddles is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier; however, we will make every effort to assist you in recovering costs from the third-party carrier.

Restocking fees may apply to returned items when there was no error on the original order. These fees help offset freight charges and the costs associated with processing returns, including re-packaging, cleaning, and restoring items to an “as-new” condition.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns subject to restocking. This fee will be deducted from any issued store credit or refund.
If you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return or subject to a restocking fee, please contact our customer service team prior to purchase.
Processing fees are not applicable in most cases, however Tomahawk does reserve the right to charge any additional fees in connection with your return should the need arise.
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state or local laws.
We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers.
Actual shipping charges may apply.
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
Shipping Policy
Our products ship internationally and Tomahawk does its best to source the most reliable and economical partners to deliver your items.
In some cases the shipping company must collect duty/ fees on behalf of US Customs, due from the customer at time of delivery. This is out of Tomahawk’s control and the shipper’s control. It must be taken care of by the customer. The tracking number for the package will indicate any fees to be collected at time of delivery.
Normal delivery times once a product has been shipped is 7-10 business days. Delays due US Customs occur rarely but are not in Tomahawk’s control. Please allow as much extra time as possible for your shipment to arrive when ordering.
Please allow us up to three business days to work with our delivery partners to try to locate your package and/or determine the cause of the damage. We will not issue refunds or replacements until that process has been completed.
