Your complete satisfaction is our goal. When your order arrives, please check each item carefully (immediately). If for any reason, you're not satisfied, please contact customer care.

Returns

Tomahawk Saddles accepts items returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase with some exceptions.  Items can be returned for an e-gift card within 90 days of purchase.  Products returned after 30 days will be returned at the item's current retail price.  All return items must be new and show no noticeable use or wear and must be in the original box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

Custom or special order merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.

The following products are not returnable:

  • Custom Saddles
  • Ropes
  • Hygiene and grooming products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products past their expiration date

All return orders must include the Return Authorization Number which is obtained by calling or emailing: info@tomahawksaddles.com or call: 831-245-8349.

Tomahawk Saddles, LLC receives payments in US dollars. All payments and refunds are paid in US Dollars, even if the customer is buying from another country.

We want you to be happy with the ropes you receive from Tomahawk.

When you receive your ropes, please inspect each one carefully. If you are not completely satisfied, please return, within 30 days of original order, any unused, unopened rope to Tomahawk for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a used rope for return. Please call our customer service representatives for tips on keeping your ropes clean, straight and useful.

It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse.

When your saddle arrives, please inspect it carefully, immediately, saddle your horse with it using a clean pad or sheet, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund. Please realize that a new saddle won't sit completely down on the horse's back until it has been ridden several times.

Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A re-stocking fee may be assessed on saddles not in new condition.

100% satisfaction is guaranteed on used saddles. If you are not satisfied with your used saddle, you may return it within 45 days for a full refund or within 90 days for an e-gift card credit. 

Used saddles must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased to get a full refund.

Shipping Fees

If you simply have changed your mind and wish to return a product that is eligible for returns, we would like to offer you the option of returning the item within 30 days.

We will send you the return label and deduct the shipping fees from your refund. If the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged in production, wrong item sent, etc.) this fee may be refundable.

Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company. We will do our best to help you recover costs from the third party. 

If we have made a mistake on the order, call our customer service center at 831-245-8349.

Please contact Customer service to request a refund or credit.  Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  The refund, or eGift card credit will be issued based on the original purchase date and condition of item(s).

Restocking fees are sometimes necessary for returned items where there was no mistake on the original order, as we may incur freight charges or to cover our loss on custom or special ordered merchandise.

These fees are also used to defray the expense of re-packaging, cleaning, or restoring an item to “as-new” condition.

Restocking fees may apply to special orders and custom merchandise.

Depending on the item, these types of orders may not be returnable.

If a restocking fee is applied to your return, it is calculated as 25% of the purchase price.

Processing fees are not applicable in most cases, however Tomahawk does reserve the right to charge any additional fees in connection with your return should the need arise.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state or local laws.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers.

Actual shipping charges may apply.

Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

Shipping Policy

Our products ship internationally and Tomahawk does its best to source the most reliable and economical partners to deliver your items. 

In some cases the shipping company must collect duty/ fees on behalf of US Customs, due from the customer at time of delivery. This is out of Tomahawk’s control and the shipper’s control. It must be taken care of by the customer. The tracking number for the package will indicate any fees to be collected at time of delivery. 

Normal delivery times once a product has been shipped is 7-10 business days. Delays due US Customs occur rarely but are not in Tomahawk’s control. Please allow as much extra time as possible for your shipment to arrive when ordering.

Please allow us up to three business days to work with our delivery partners to try to locate your package and/or determine the cause of the damage. We will not issue refunds or replacements until that process has been completed.
